This is the public edge: requests need a covenant API key (sck_…). Mint one at your identity provider, then — the variable name matters — export LOCH_NESSH_API_KEY=sck_… for opencode / oh-my-openagent, export OPENAI_API_KEY=sck_… for Zed. A wrong or missing variable shows up in opencode as "bad gateway" / "invalid or revoked API key". The files never contain a key.
